What if I am missing an item/received the wrong item in my order?Updated 2 months ago

Sometimes mistakes happen and we’d like to apologize if we’ve made one.

Please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with the following details:

The email address used to place your order.
Subject Line: “Missing Item in Order” or “Wrong Item in Order”
Your order number, the product that is either missing and/or the product that was incorrectly sent to you as well as the product that you should have received.

Once our team receives your email, they will reach out with next steps and follow up with our warehouse to investigate.
